Fellowship Application

The division of Otolaryngology at the University of Alberta offers a fellowship to qualified applicants interested in Rhinology / Endoscopic Sinus and Anterior Skull Base Surgery. Full details of the fellowship are available here.

Our Fellowship has entered into the match process sponsored by the American Rhinologic Society. For more information on the match procedures and process, please see www.sfmatch.org

To apply for our Fellowship in Rhinology / Endoscopic Sinus and Skull Base Surgery, you will need to submit a letter of interest, current CV, and letters of reference.

Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta is preferable but not mandatory. For more information about registration requirements, visit their web site.

Applications are accepted beginning September 1 with the application deadline February 1. Interviews will take place between September and May. Rank list submission and Match Day typically occurs early in June. The Fellowship runs for one year from July 1 to June 30.
