Biography

Dr. Yoav Horev earned his medical degree from the Szeged School of Medicine in Szeged, Hungary, in 2012. Subsequently, he completed his residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the Wolfson Medical Center in Tel-Aviv, Israel, in 2020. Following this, he pursued further specialization in Clinical Rhinology and Skull Base Surgery, successfully concluding his training in July 2023 at the Alberta Sinus Center, University of Alberta.

Before entering medical school, Dr. Horev obtained a BSc in Computer Sciences and Mathematics from the Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel. He remains actively engaged in both educating medical students and mentoring surgical residents. His ongoing commitment to clinical research is centered around enhancing medical and surgical therapies for patients diagnosed with chronic rhinosinusitis, aiming to optimize their treatment outcomes.
